From Vision to Vogue: The Birth of kartikey sarees

Our story
Our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision - to redefine the way women experience fashion.
Kartikey Chunari House (KCH) began its journey in 1999, rooted in Banaras’s rich handloom tradition. Though legally established in 2003, its soul is timeless. Founded by Mr. Pinku Kumar Agrahari and now led by Aniket and Ankit Gupta, KCH aims to connect deeply with customers and bring a revolution in the world of sarees.

history of kch firm

In 1999, in the holy city of Varanasi, a small dream turned into a beautiful reality. A Banarasi saree store was opened in the busy lanes of Chowk, near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, where culture and tradition live every day. Late Bacche Lal Agrahari started the shop with honesty and dedication, offering pure handloom and zari work sarees. Later, his son Mr. Pinku Kumar Agrahari took over the business, maintaining the same quality and values. Now, the third generation—Mr. Aniket Gupta and Mr. Ankit Gupta—are also managing the store, bringing modern ideas while keeping the tradition alive. This store is not just a shop—it’s a part of Banaras’s rich heritage, trusted by thousands over the years. From one generation to another, this legacy continues with pride and passion.
